where to start ey?

Saturday morning I was in bed...yess..it's weekend..DUH!lazying and enjoying my first weekend break after crazy month end and honestly, I still tired from my London trip!! (will post my London trip when I'm free...maybe this coming weekend?)

To cheer my darling, I cooked chicken rice for 2nd attempt (kurang berjaya coz no lemongrass, but it's still superb!) Around 10 people I think who finished up my chicken rice (well done..well done..no more throwing into the bin!)

Then while waiting for muvi, we ended up browsing the tix for May Bank Holiday...got it for EUR90.00 (incl bloody Ryanair's hidden charges)..I think it's cheap for last minute trip..very honour to tell you that we are going to:

So, Im counting down in less than a month (hrmm, should I diet??) hopefully sempat to take nice pics at scenic places there (aihhh...sempat ke to go there cik adlina oiii!)..well actually it's more of SAVE MORE MONEY FOR SHOPPING!!...AGAIN!!!! (after shopping like mad in London!)

After booking the tix, we watched:I find it good, but I would suggest to watch during the day as the film is quite heavy. I would love to be like Ray (Clive Owen) & Claire (Julia Roberts) ...would it be nice to have that kinda life? I mean I love romantic getaways ;)

On Sunday, did the chores and catching up with darling2 ku in msia plak..hehehe...later, my best friend asking me to be her maid of honour (pengapit)...very overwhelming here! Honestly I have no idea how's a pengapit duties like in msia...so I just keeping myself cool for a while and find out what's is like to be her..Already found out who's the best man...not bad looking...ne tau ada jodoh dgn dia..(on cloud 9 jap..hehee) <- I'm just kidding okay? =p

Browsing facebook after weeks of b-z-ness at work, I've seen too many food temptations...and so I made sambal belacan (dah tempting lama dah ni!), had it with fried chicken & tauhu kering+sayur soup..very the yummers..then me watch:Sgt sedih I tell you! Apart from that, there are so many lessons can be learn from there. Right now, I proudly to admit that I'M GETTING OLDER ALREADY AND I'M STILL GOING NO WHERE!! So I guess to marriage Q will always playing in my head...ok lina..cool jap..I know someone aka prince charming will save me anytime soon (berangan mode) <-tak abis2..it's my nature =p

So maybe for a start...STUDY CONSISTENTLY...exam is just few weeks away! *blergh* :/

ok..sleep2..another crazy week to start...thank god this coming weekend it's gonna be a LooOoOngggg weeeeekend!!!!!!!!!!!! =)

Take the plunge!

Uncertainties have been always playing on my mind..especially when you see something that you don't expected at all..(worse is when you dream of it, it came true!)

So here I am, after taking advice from numerous darlings...(thank you syg)...

I have decide to take the plunge...firstly, finding my happiness again by finding ways to make that happen

I don't think I'm capable to let myself misery again...I'm tired of repeating and I'm so worn out & stress (cukup la I got it from work, I'm tired of getting emotional!)

Let bygones be bygones

After visiting my dear friend, I have learn that we should appreciate & blessed with what we have now. Forget about complaining what's in front of you, take a minute and think further ahead. What's next?

I've been there ( 5 months unemployed), I know how it feels like to be lost in your own world. Speechless. Giving up life. God, I have to admit, it sux to feel that way. Knowing that no one can't really help nor understand you. Madly pissed off when that happen.Miserable like hell. As if they think life is that easy without a job in horrific economy. Fuck off!!

Lately, I've been trying to be as strong as possible in dealing with this crazy situation. Sometimes you can't just help it by keep swearing when things don't go the way you want it to be. It's not like I like to swear, it's just the way it is.

Not only that, I somehow feel that my life is full of love-hate relationship. I'm not sure whether it's good or not, I'm hoping this love-hate is just temporary moment to live. God I really need someone to talk to.Fuck!

To sum up, I love Bunga's Baju kebaya modern(I'm suspecting that it's an Indon designs since Putra(Butik Cosry) designed her costume). I know her baju kinda sexy, that can be adjusted. All I need to take note now is 'get the fabric from Indon' and 'get some brilliant designer(doesn't have to be famous, as long as he/she can sew the baju well is good enough)'. The big matter now is $$$. This is the time where I can do the 'pretty and kesian' eyes to him and 'hocus pocus'..he'll pay for the baju!YeayYYYy!!! (Dream on babe!)

Apart from the costumes, it seems that they both such a loving fairytale couple. You can see them kissing (not the lips to lips..just the forehead and cheeks), which is sweet..and a bit giler2..I do wonder, will be a 'control ayu' bride or like bunga? Will I meet this prince charming?Even if I get this prince charming, will I live happily ever after?

A friend told me, no matter how perfect he is..men will always be men. Somehow they have the 'power of man of the house/husband' while we women can only pendam (well,later if we say things which shudn't be kena marah plak kan?so better diam..). Sucks kan for that to happen? Memang we shudnt pendam, but nnt laki tu ade jek kuar ayat2 'u tu isteri i,kena buat ape i suruh'..in short men will misuse their power as husband.

hehe..maybe you think I'm wrong about this..perhaps your reship with hubby still new..give it another 10 years and then you interpret your re'ship..especially when you starting a family. Another person was telling my fren 'enjoy single life (as in not attached yet/young married couple with no kids yet)'. Things are different when you have a kid.Well pretty obvious la kan, dah tambah another member in the family. But she stressed out on how men treated us when we become mum. 'Imagine a genius can just sit in front of pc while the wife busy taking care of their kids'. 'Let the women do all the housework while men just do their thing as men earned to support the family'. If your hubby is the helpful one, great! If not, uh oh, abislaa. Thank god my dad is not like that, he helps around, doing the housework with everyone.

It's complicated isn't it?It's not when you know what you want. If someone choose money over spending time with you..then,it's tough...right?

Most women will choose time..especially if you have your beloved people..or fun bubbly person..or 'I have life!' person..or any reasonable excuses..

Money would be a 'reward' for the efforts you have contributing in busy working environment.Then what would you do with money? SPEND!!!! (Well,it meant to be spent..but on what?) <- OK, that will depend on what you want to do with it...ok?

My Dream Car :)

I've ride this car before...I think(from car rental)..it's not so bad..I like the color as it blends well with the car :D
It was on display at Arnotts Shopping Centre last 2 weekends..I was fascinating with this car..someone won a car for collection of donation EUR30,000 for breast cancer..and the car is worth half of what she'd been collected for donation! Lucky her..

Anyway, it would be nice to own either one of these cars above...very the jatuh cinta with the car :)

3 days have finally gone..no more walking in a crazy cold winter..so sad...why?

1st day: I was caught in the rain..due to my silliness of not bringing the umbrella..and guess what?the umbrella was at the shoe rack...bijak..bijak!!By the time I get home, I was speechless..shivering..and had my vit c drink..thank god i dont get cold nor flu..worse man if i get those two!!

2nd day: I was too excited to leave early..so very cold laa to walk back home..it was my OK day la senang kata

3rd day/today: Freaking freezing on the way to college AND home..busy looking for hot soup for lunch..and so I had tomato & orange soup..TAK SEDAP..but what to do..at least I don't feel so cold..at home I made chicken stew for dinner..ni bukan diet yek..ini hanya semata2 utk mengatasi kesejukan yg mati kat luar tu!! :p

So what now?Study laaaa!!!!!exam is in a month time!!yikesSSsSSs!!! :S

Then I called her with more explainations. I felt sorry for her. At age of 51, died of meningitis.
I met him last year, he was the coolest dad I've ever met. It's a big shock for her to accept huge responsibility instantly as she's the eldest. I'll be stunned and freaking out if I were in her shoes. My friends and I help her through this. I pray her best for family and insya'allah I'll pay a visit to her family for my next visit home.

Last night, nearly the whole batch was at her apartment, had a tahlil there. We also had a funds for her coz we believe she might need our help.

Ramadhan nearly ends

I can't believe that Ramadhan ends in 3days. I just break fast with Tropical Juice..just had a sip..waiting for dinner at the moment..

So how did my Ramadhan go? Well, I lost 4kgs...yes..4 KILOS!!!!to say I don't eat..well I did eat..you know that!I cook fancy stuff a lot..until someone..yes someone even crave to have lamb chop at TGIF *you know who you are?* heheheehehe... :P

OK..maybe I was too stress with everything happen around me..but I thought stress increase your appetite?Hrmm..got such thing meh? :-/

So, raya is on Wednesday 1 Oct 2008. Its gonna be my 5th raya here in DUBLIN!kesian kan? so what am I expecting for this year?Another havoc celebration?Hrmm, guess not..apparently Malaysia Hall is being renovated at the moment..So my first day of raya will be at...?WHERE?WHERE?WHERE??? Guess this is the time to have a BIG meeting with my bunch of friends..(updated-Msia Hall is open for raya..yeayy!!!)

But to be honest, I had fun raya here. Because I never go to houses to houses from morning till night (well, that's because I have too many restriction in Malaysia!). In Malaysia, I can only go like 1 or 2 house a day. Then,we cook, serve, eat, borak2 (for girls gosip2 la kan!). I don't think I'll find myself cooking in Malaysia..hahaha..But I do miss getting the kad rayas..I don't get any this year :( plus, KUD don't sell kad raya this year..bosannn!!

So..I'm definitely going back Malaysia for raya next year. It's time to break fast at nice restaurants (WITH NO RESTRICTION!)..Yela..kat sini mana nak carik restoran halal sgt. Going to the bazaar..tamak sana sini..hahaha..what else eh? Gossiping and chilling with friends of course! I guess food is very important to me. At least I don't need to hear 'Hari ni I mkn xxx' anymore because when he/she mentions it.. I'm here envy that person because I have to cook to 'get' it. Also..semyg raya!! I miss semyg raya in Malaysia. Do I miss anything else?

p/s: Thank god all my cousins are grown up..so no need to think about duit raya :P hahaha..

Most people say "stay away if you want to move on with your life"...Well does that work on you?No..In fact you'll just keeping near as possible..So, when breakups happen, we are told to 'forget abt him/her and move on.He/She does not deserve you (in denial,maybe..especially when you're so heart broken..to some people)'..so what do you do?

For me, to keep forgetting=to keep remembering the memoirs..why?because you're trying to!when a person says 'stop calling me sayang/baby/honey/darling/etc'..sometimes the person wants to be called that again but he/she too scare to get hurt again..

What's the best solutions in dealing breakups?

1. Stop trying of course! The harder you try to let him/her go, the harder will be. Just live your life the way you always wanted to be and eventually, you're free!
   
   
2. It's okay to cry a lot at first but try not to drag it..because you'll hurt your eyes (dont you feel pity for the eyes?Your eyes are meant to use as sights..not 'swollen' it!). Anyway, those tears will not get you back together with him/her back..unless you do some jampi2/bomoh2 so that you can be together back..eei, I wish no one would do that to me..the bomoh2 thing...too saiko!
   
   
3. try to have a casual conversation with him/her because he/she is a friend too right? Maybe it would be best to try not to pour all your 'feelings you've been through' to him/her..To do that, you talk to your own own gender best friend!like sex and the city tu..hehe
   
   
4. Keep your gifts/cards/pictures in a box and you decide to do whatever you want. I prefer to keep it as memoirs are meant to keep. But what about accessories?If you ask me, I will wear it! But I wear it because it looks nice on me, no other excuse! :)
   
   

So why outcome?Because I've just gone through with it..spoke to few friends of mine..and as usual 'take it easy..everything gonna be alright..'you know..those saymo words that friends would advice..So I guess the 'M' word doesnt apply in my dictionary at the moment.well, at least not like so soon.It's better to get myself straight and live with it..starting with getting my priorities right!

Budak confuse~

What a waste weekend!its 430pm & im doing nothing beneficial.woke up at 1.30pm..waited 4 hot water..facebooking..msn n ym wif ppl who i havent contact quite some time (okla,at least im networking wif frens..which is gud la kan!)..then mandi..and now im hopeless..there goes my day.i need a new hobby to keep myself going.

Ok,i think i found one..but i've gotta do step by step to make this work.will inform more in my next entry!right now,i feel like continue to laze at home as its drizzling outside :D

Looking back at old photos..4 years back till current...it would be nice if Im that thin again..
not to say that Im obsess of being thin..it just that it would be nice to have that figure. (I would consider myself fat as i gain 6kg for the past 2 years-that's a lot ok!)

I want to be ..erm..how should I put this..I want to look gorgeous..not just for him/anyone but for myself..it does boost my confidence as I want to look good at myself..I admit that Im an attention seeker..but for good reasons..not trying to attract more guys..its more like..'god i look great in this outfit!'..that kind of way..

I love shopping..and I want to be able to spend freely just to look good..so, i have to look good!Toast for the new mE!hoorayyy!!! :D

Cop arrested over alleged rape of 17yr-old

PETALING JAYA: A policemen was arrested after he allegedly raped a 17-year-old girl who was brought into the police station for interrogation.

The girl was allegedly forced to perform oral sex on the policeman, in his 20s, and was raped at a police station in Selangor on June 18.

It is learnt that the girl was on a motorcycle with her boyfriend at 5am when the policeman, who was on patrol, stopped them. As the boyfriend did not have a licence, the policeman and his colleague hauled the couple to the police station for questioning.

Sources said the boyfriend and the girl were questioned in different rooms.

“During questioning, the girl was forced to undress and the policeman threatened to throw her boyfriend in jail for 20 years if she refused to obey him,” said Selangor police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar.

Fearing for her boyfriend’s safety, the girl agreed to perform oral sex on him before being raped.

After half an hour, the two were released but the girl did not reveal the incident to her boyfriend or family members.

However, two days later she confided in her cousin who promptly told her parents.

Accompanied by family members, the girl lodged a police report at the Putra Heights police station on Sunday.

Khalid said that the policeman, who is married with a child, has been detained and remanded.

“He has been suspended pending investigation,” he added.

No ban on lipstick and high heels

KOTA BARU: The municipal council (MPKB) has clarified that remarks on lipstick and high heel shoes in its circular in May, were meant to spread religious activities.

Its public relations director Azman Mohd Daham said the circular was not a compulsory guideline for Muslim female staff to follow but to encourage them to observe the Islamic dress code.

“Muslim women need not be unduly worried. No action would be taken if they wear thick make-up or high heel shoes,” he told journalists.

Azman was responding to a news report that MPKB had banned Muslims from wearing make-up and high heel shoes which generate loud noises in business and commercial premises under its jurisdiction.

Thick make-up and high heel shoes can give rise to cases of rape and adultery while on a hindsight, a strict adherence to proper Islamic attire was to preserve the dignity of women here, the circular said.

The case was among several that MPKB has found itself embroiled in some form of controversy.

Previously, it was criticised for banning outfits deemed to be sexy and made it compulsory for Muslim women to wear headscarves at commercial, trade and tourism premises.

The latest circular also touches on wearing long sleeves up to the wrist, not to wear transparent attire and wearing socks which cover up their ankles.

State Women Affairs Committee chairman Wan Ubaidah Wan Omar was reported to have said that she supported the circular and asked why women should slave themselves to attract men by wearing high heels and excessive lipstick.

She contends that make-up in light portion was allowed and wearing high heels too often was unhealthy as it placed undue pressure on the feet of the wearer.
