Gain or Lose???

Do you gain or lose weight during fasting? It's hard to tell when I keep having big dinner. Like yesterday I had Japanese food with my friends. What do I gain in the end?stomach-ache.ahahaha..that's for having too much food for break-fasting! Anyway, we'll see how it goes in after a week of fasting :D
